Herbal magick

Herbs are used in magick to make your own oils, or to increase the power of a spell. Just as everything else, however, each herb has its own individual properties.

Spells involving herbs are particuarly tricky in casting. If a certain herb is missing, it is difficult to find a suitable substitute unless you truly understand why that particular herb is required, and can find a match that is just as potent as that herb. Herbs are not as simple as candles, where white can be substituted for any colour. They require more thought and understanding when intending to use them in a spell.
